If you CANNOT MEET ANY OF THESE CRITERIA – PLEASE DO NOT APPLY.
- Traveling party including band and crew will be a maximum of 5;
- Everyone in the traveling party is free for unrestricted international travel and holds a valid passport, with a minimum of 1 year’s validity;
- Everyone in the traveling party is drug free and will pass a blood test for drug screening;
- Everyone in the traveling party DOES NOT HAVE a criminal record;
- The artist/band HAS NOT PARTICIPATED IN ANY causes or public performances against China (i.e. performing for Darfour cause will disqualify applicants);
- The artist/band DO NOT have any political agendas nor will they use the opportunity to perform in China as a platform to voice their opinions about China or its politics;
- The artist/band has two, 50 minute sets of music as part of their performance;
- The artist/band will have a minimum of 50% cover songs in each set. This applies to all Indie artists/bands who are applying.

NOTE: All packages must be postage fully pre-paid – we will NOT ACCEPT any COLLECT postage packages. Items sent in these packages will NOT BE RETURNED.
- One copy of each and every CD you have released;
- Release history of each CD, including territories released and dates;
- A list of all awards won, nominated for, or performed at;
- Complete bio including artist history;
- Photos – please include a minimum of 10 good studio photos, or as many as you have that would qualify for use in print advertising;
- One MP4 copy of ALL your videos and/or TV appearances – this will give the festival organizers an idea of what your live show will be like;
- One MP4 copy of your EPK if any;
- An assortment of press clippings of your album release;
- An assortment of copies of chart positions achieved;
- Anything else you feel would help qualify you to be at this year’s music festival.
